The late spring and early summer harvest of Darjeeling represents the flavor and overall quality for what has long earned the international reputation for Darjeeling tea. It’s only recently the second harvest season coupled with traditional processing methods this period has come to be known distinctly as the “second flush”. The teas created from Lingia’s middle section sinensis plants create a classic expression of Darjeeling quality.
