Honey and Orchid dancong correctly takes its namesake from the brightly fragrant cultivar used in production known locally in southern China as “Milan Xiang”. This Honey and Orchid dancong is from the heart of the Phoenix Mountain range cultivated in volcanic soil on the top of the Wudong Mountain a part of the most unique microclimate of the appellation.
