Although there are an unlimited ways to prepare teas they are all best made with a reliable set of tea ware and preparation tools. All elements are important from great tea pots to functional scales but all of this is to essentially control the four basics; the weight of tea, the volume of water, the time the leaves are exposed to water, and the variable temperature over those times where all the interesting rehydration and solubility takes place. The tea ware in our growing collection allows for full control of the basics and looks really nice in the process.
